*7  Observed raw beef in walk in cooler to be stored above raw vegetables. Provide for raw meats to be stored below and separate from ready to eat foods 750.130. *Beef was moved to bottom shelf away from ready to eat foods. Immediate/Onsite
Observed 2 bags of frozen soup to be on counter top in kitchen to thaw. Provide for all potentially hazardous foods to be properly thawed in one of the following ways: 1) In a refrigerator unit in a way that the temperature doe not exceed 41°F 2) Under potable running water at a temperature of 70°F or below 3) In a microwave oven only when it is a part of the cooking process 4) As a part of the conventional cooking process 750.240. *Soups were put into cooler. 21  Observed wiping cloths on counter tops in kitchen. Provide for all wiping cloths to be stored completely submerged in an approved sanitizer solution while not being used 750.810. *Wiping cloths were put into sanitizer solution. Immediate/Onsite
